At Kid Country !

Covid 19 Protocol

The health and safety of our Kid Country children, families and teachers is at the heart of all of our new COVID related procedures! We are so excited to be able to SAFELY provide love and early education to our community’s children!

  • Parents and other visitors are asked to wear masks, social distance and keep their visits brief (10 minutes or less). A new contactless sign in/out procedure is in place and we ask that only one parent per family enter the facility at a time.

  • We have reduced our re-grouping policies so that less children are re-grouped/combined throughout the day.

  • Children’s temperatures are checked two times throughout the day. If any health concerns occur throughout the day, we will contact you and ask that you pick up within 30 minutes.

  • If a child does become ill, the child goes home and remains out of childcare for a minimum of 72 hours before we evaluate whether the child may return or not.

  • We have increased our cleaning routines as well! Toys are cleaned and sheets are laundered more frequently. High contact surfaces are disinfected multiple times per day. We’ve added a disinfectant when cleaning our floors, use an electrostatic fogger, and installed HALO LED air purifiers to all furnaces too!.

As you can see, the health and safety of our children, teachers and families is our first priority!
